It means that we arrange all the formalities since the moment of land purchase, through obtaining the decision on building conditions, the actual documentation preparation with all the necessary adjustments (work safety, sanitary arrangements, fire-control, protection of environment etc.) to acquiring a Building Regulations Approval If necessary, we also can help with cost calculation, technical expertises, and geological and other technical analyses. A matter of an equal significance to us is the aesthetic value of the finished projects. Therefore, we create simple, but very characteristic forms, adjusted to their function, place in tradition, as well as to our investors` expectations.
